Refund Policy

When Refunds May Apply

Because payment is made in cash at the time of delivery, no amount is charged for an order that is cancelled before delivery or refused at the door. In those cases no refund is required.

A refund may apply where you have already paid in cash on delivery and an approved return is accepted, or where you paid for an item that was wrong, damaged or defective.

Approved Returns

A refund is considered only after a return has been approved under our Return & Cancellation Policy and the returned item has reached us and been inspected.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you by email and the item may be sent back to you.

Wrong or Damaged Product Situations

Where you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, our first resolution is a replacement of the same product wherever stock allows.

Where a replacement is not possible, the amount you paid in cash for that item will be refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.

Since the original payment was made in cash, the refund is arranged through a mutually agreed method confirmed with you by email, using the details you provide for that purpose.

Non-Refundable Situations

Items that have been used, washed, altered or returned without original tags and packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Requests raised after the return window, and minor colour or texture variations within normal manufacturing limits, are also not eligible.

Refund Communication

We confirm by email when a refund is approved, when it is processed, and if a request cannot be accepted, along with the reason. Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence.
