Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how YogiKrupa Textiles processes and delivers Cash on Delivery orders placed on yogikrupatextiles.shop.
Shipping Within India
We currently ship only within India. Orders are dispatched from our premises in Surat, Gujarat.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are usually checked and packed within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order request.
If a product or size is unavailable after your order is received, we will email you before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes around 3 to 8 working days depending on your location and the courier serving your area. Remote locations may take longer.
These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Address and PIN Code Availability
Delivery is made to the address you enter in the order form. Please provide a complete address with house or flat number, area or street, city, state and PIN code.
Some PIN codes may not be serviceable for Cash on Delivery by our courier partners. If your PIN code cannot be served, we will contact you by email.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by weather, transport disruption, local restrictions, festival season volumes or other circumstances outside our control. We will share available updates by email on request.
Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery Attempts
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail and the parcel may be returned to us. Please check your details carefully before submitting the order.
Courier partners normally make more than one delivery attempt. If delivery cannot be completed, or the Cash on Delivery amount is not paid at the time of delivery, the order may be cancelled and returned.
Cash on Delivery
The full order amount is payable in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
