Website Usage

This website is a clothing catalogue that allows you to place Cash on Delivery orders. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.

No account, login or registration is required to browse products or place an order.

Product Information and Images

We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its colour, fabric and available sizes.

Product images are representative. Actual colour may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and photography, and minor variations in fabric texture or print placement can occur.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price shown at the time your order is placed is the price applicable to that order.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before dispatch and give you the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If an item or a particular size becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you by email to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

Orders and Order Confirmation

Submitting the order form generates a unique reference number in the format YKT-2026-XXXXXX. This reference confirms that your order request has been received.

Receipt of an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the delivery address is incomplete or the PIN code is not serviceable.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is the only payment method available on this website. Payment is made in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

We do not accept online payment, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking or wallet payments on this website.

Customer Responsibilities and Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including house or flat number, area or street, city, state and PIN code, along with a valid email address.

You are responsible for being available to receive the order and to pay the Cash on Delivery amount at the time of delivery.

Intellectual Property and Website Content

The YogiKrupa Textiles name, logo, product descriptions, images and page content are the property of YogiKrupa Textiles and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YogiKrupa Textiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
